Samuel Hernandez

With nearly two decades of experience in the translations industry, Sam has managed foreign language projects for the world’s largest corporations and law firms. As a partner and director at his previous firms, he developed strategies and protocols across business departments and has experience expanding and opening new offices from the ground up. His focus and exposure to the legal and IP space prompted him to file his own intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights worldwide.

Hernandez has spearheaded projects for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) becoming one of the first external language vendors to the UN agency. His knowledge of the foreign patent filing process has helped law firms, corporations, universities, and organizations across the globe to streamline their translations processes and reduce costs. With extensive experience within the global legal community, Hernandez has provided document translations, interpreting and multimedia services on some of the worlds most high-profile cases including the Guantanamo Bay trials. He is an expert witness in translation quality procedures and has testified before the United States Supreme Court on one of the largest litigation cases in US history.
